Dogwood at The Point

The dogwoods are a little late to come on this year. As you can see in this picture the flowers are not fully open.

Flowering Dogwoods are my favorite flowering tree; they are something you must come to see at the Prairie Garden Trust.

I took this picture this morning on a ridge overlooking Hiller’s Creek.
