If you’re fairly new to the Prairie Garden Trust and would like join in a guided stroll, sign up for one of our new monthly Intro Nature Walks. Missouri Master Naturalist and PGT Volunteer Damon Kempker will lead up to 15 visitors on a walk along our paved and natural hiking trails. The goal is to introduce you to the area while highlighting any nature you might see or hear along the way. Families, individuals, young or old are welcome for a relaxed stroll in nature. Although it’s from 10 a.m. to noon, you can stay for just a part of it. (Our first Intro walk will be on a Friday in June, while the later walks will be on a Saturday.)
Registration required. Limit 15. To register: email visit@prairiegardentrust.org and note which walk you’d like to attend and how many others will be with you. This walk is Friday, June 21, 2024 from 10 a.m. to noon.
