Fox Sparrow

This attractive sparrow jumped in front of me this morning as I was trying to get close to a Cardinal. The color may not be as dramatic as the Cardinals but the foxy red is still pretty nice.

The white behind the bird is snow. That will melt this afternoon but I hear we should be getting more in the next couple days! Fun!
