Northern Parula Warber, Parula americana
Northern Parula Warblers are one of the most common warblers that nest at the PGT; they are also the smallest. They seem to be everywhere when I go on hikes this week. I photographed this one today along the dam of the Lotus Ponds. It was looking for insects in the buds of the white oak trees. Typically I think of then up at the tops of sycamore trees.
