Wild Persimmon,(Diospyros virginiana)
Wild Persimmon’s are putting on a great display of color right now. I don’t remember persimmon being this good before.

I took this picture last night near the Lotus Ponds. The red color here is from Virginia Creeper, a common and attractive native vine.
