Red-breasted Nuthatch, (Sitta canadensis)

The White-breasted Nuthatch is abundant here; I see them year-round. Red-headed Nuthatches are uncommon. Sometimes I see them for a few weeks in the fall or winter. This one is eating a sunflower seed it got from our feeder.
