Rose-breasted Grosbeaks don’t nest here; they just pass through during migration. Yesterday I heard one by Beaver Lake. Hard to believe that fall migration has already started while some birds are still nesting. 

At the PGT Rose-breasted Grosbeaks are most often found at the edge of the woods. They often stay out of sight among the treetops.
