Rose Gentian, Sabatia angularis

Right now, the Prairie Garden Trust is at peak bloom. There are millions of wildflowers in all shapes and colors—and among the most eye-catching is the Rose Gentian. These hot pink flowers don’t grow very tall, but they stand out vividly against the greens and golds of the prairie. I’m seeing scattered clusters throughout the open areas.
