Rose Mallow is a native hibiscus that’s looking unusually good right now. At the edge of the ponds there are large colonies of these tall wildflowers with huge blooms that vary in color; some are white, some are pink, and some are a deep magenta.
At the Prairie Garden Trust (PGT) you can find it growing around Beaver Lake and at the Lotus Ponds. I’m even seeing them in wet spots in the prairies.
