Forest facing south above Hiller’s Creek

Given our name (Prairie Garden Trust) many people don’t realize that forests make up two-thirds of the property. The trees in this picture are on the steep slopes along the Hiller’s Creek valley. The leaves are now fully out which casts a dense shade on the forest floor.
