Tufted Titmouse (Baeolophus bicolor)

Tufted Titmice are one of the most common birds at the PGT year-round. Until I took this picture today I never realized that they have blue feet. I checked several field guides and they don’t mention it but look at this bird close up shows blue legs and feet.
