Wild Ginger, (Asarum canadense)
The trail at the base of The Point faces North; it never gets direct sunlight. The plants that grow there are very different than on the South side. One plant that I photographed there today is WIld Ginger. You can also see several kinds of ferns including the Common Woodsia which is also in the picture.
