Wood Betony (Pedicularis canadensis)
The Savannah has a huge patch of Wood Betony that is in full bloom this week. This is a picture that I took yesterday. It is a lot easier to see since Matt and Duncan have cut up and burned scores of cedar tree skeletons that littered the area.
